The Start-ups participated in the “Start-up support program ” of SME development national center of Armenia may also receive seed financing such as loan guarantees.

Start-up Businesses Support Program the financial support (loans) is provided to start-up entrepreneurs (through the partner banks of the SME Development National Center of Armenia) for realization of best business initiatives (business plans) as a final result of start-up business establishment.

The business plans received the highest estimation are to be submitted to lending with the SME Development National Center of Armenia’s 100% guarantee of credit liabilities, up to five mln. AMD, 10% annual interest rate, up to five years of maturity date.

Note: The annual interest rates for the loans provided by the SME DNC of Armenia partner banks through Loan Guarantees Provision program are lower than those practiced in the market.

Doing Business: Businesswoman makes European standard cosmetic products out of Armenian mountainous plants

ENGLISH VERSION BY ARMENPRESS.The 45-year-old Zaruhi Andreasyan established her company “Innovative Technologies Center” in 1998, making cosmetic products out of plants. They produced skin care products. After that the Company began exporting its natural products, first to Ukraine, from where Zaruhi got positive feedback. After that they decided to expand the sorts of the care means, thus making the number of the kinds of the creams to 12. The creams have not only care function, but also pain relieving and healing properties.
