Mr. Arsen Nazaryan, Manager of IFC Armenia “Economic Growth” Project mentioned that the purpose of the discussion was to present to the Armenian producers and exporters the analytical study and practical toolkits for export to Middle East to promote exports to the Middle East market. The study and toolkits targeted five Middle East markets - the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Egypt and Jordan․
Mr. Aram Vardanyan, Investment Director at ISC stressed importance to diversify Armenian exports and to help the local exporters target the Middle East markets as an important and alternative export market for Armenia. ICARE Foundation, implementer of the study, and its team of experts presented the findings and main export requirements to the Middle East. The ownership of the materials is delivered to the Armenian Government and ISC and materials are posted in ISC website for ease of access by the local exporters. http://isc.am/hy/inner/1632
